0004232: Player can locally keep duplicate name after "map" map changes

Description

I noticed that multiple clients with the same name will still sometimes keep their name locally after "map" map changes on the server. The offending player is renamed properly however on the server-end. See the attached screenshot.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start a regular deathmatch server or whatever.
2. Connect 2 clients to the server.
3. "map map01" in the server console or RCON.
4. Check the scoreboard after the map has loaded. You will sometimes still have the same duplicate name.
