Zandronum source repository moved to Heptapod

Due to OSDN becoming increasingly unreliable and nobody maintaining the website anymore, we decided to move our source repositories to Heptapod. Here, you can find the latest source code and merge request updates. All links to the repositories on zandronum.com should already be updated too.
