[MAPPING] UDB Multiple of the same config

I have a problem. Both mm8bdm and doom 2 use the Zandronum Doom 2 (UDMF) configuration and I want to edit both on the same program. How do I get 2 "Zandronum: Doom 2 (UDMF)" configurations, or are all the "Zandronum: 'game' (UDMF)" configurations identical?
